Nice little car, but makes quite a bit of creaking noise, which makes it kind of scary to use. Wasn't brave enough to open and close convertible more than once. The back windows didn't go up and down properly as it got stuck in the rubber backing. Other than that it's good
Mate it seems like u don't know anything abt the mini.. mini's steering are harder then Japanese car. Thats how its built, u should test drive other mini before comment. N the noise u r talking abt its the dry steering rack that needs oily greese. But that doesn't mean it needs serious mechanical repairs. Its mechanically checked n considerably safe from car next door n has been driven like that for 10 trips from 10 different borrowers who knows abt mini n its steering hardness.
