Hi Thomas, i'm not sure why you have left crosses in the feedback boxes... you've borrowed the car before recently so finding the lockbox should have been very straight forward, also the car has a permit so can be parked anywhere in the area. I always ensure my cars are clean and topped up with fuel before being shared so again i'm not sure your feedback is correct. Please let me know of actual specific issues you may have encountered and I will do my best to resolve them. Thanks
