I understand that you are frustrated with Ubers new pick up procedure. That is no reason lie and give false and misleading feedback about my vehicle. You marked lockbox not easy to find. As you know there is no lock box. You marked parking was not easy to find yet there was more than 20 spots available to you. You marked that there was not 1/4 tank of fuel. The truth is there was half a tank when you picked the vehicle up. You then returned the vehicle empty. You also marked the vehicle unclean and smelling bad when you know very well this is untrue. The photos you uploaded show the vehicle is clean. This is very unfair of you.
