This car needs to be fixed and serviced properly before put up for hire.

The petrol monitor is fine, not sure what your reffering too there. As for the "rev meter" not moving promptly it's a toyota camry, not very fast, as for "speed monitor" delayed that means you need to break harder... the dashboard headlights are clearly visible.....
