I did not get to use the car at all could not access, there was no car no key

Hi, an update on this. Refunded the customer for the inconvenience caused. Apparently the booking couldn’t be processed as the lockbox wasn’t operational the previous night. Thanks

great car, bit dusty on outside but no big deal. tanmay is a great guy, very helpful and chill. went to great ocean road with it, car works smoothly. the lockbox was a bit confusing to find but tanmay came and helped me
