There is a leak on the roof. I couldn’t use the car or it would damage my luggages.

Dirty. Vent in rear leaking, so interior was wet. Was too late to cancel. Lost time pluging hole with a plastic bag. My stuff in back got wet. Got pulled over re hanging bumper bar. Terrible vehicle, completely disgraceful.

Hi Richard, sorry for the inconvenience. Roof Vent has been stolen by somebody as you can see. And Now has been fixed and replaced.

Car doesn’t look anything like the one in the photos. This car has been battered. Rear bumper is hanging off a little, the Whirly bird on top is not there and water comes into the back. The protection shield between cabin and van back has come off and is lying in the floor. Do not use this to move furniture if it is wet. Needs handbrake adjusting. Car wasn’t very clean inside either. Tidy of rubbish yes, but not clean. Car drives well which was the only decent thing.

Thanks for letting me know the issues. Unfortunately, some previous borrower don't do the right thing and left rubbish inside the car. Thanks for letting me know Whirly bird part got stolen, will get it replace asap. Unfortunately, we are not rental company here. If you need a new perfect car and staff to go through everything with you. May be go to Rental Car company like Hertz, Avis, Thrifty etc... However, they won't satisfy your budget for under $10 per hour. And I can’t believe you contact me and ask for Full Refund after you used the car for 2.5 hours to move the new furniture. Sorry, can't do it with your aggressive sms and bad attitude.
