Picked up the car just to realize that all four tyres have no profile left, completely driven off, completely bold. Not even a spare tyre in the car. Unroadworthy and unsafe. Was met with unprofessional and rude behaviour from the owners side. Terrible first cnd experience, missed out on important appointment. Really disappointed.

Once your trip begun you contacted us because 'the air conditioning is not working'. We gave you written advice on how to check it AND turn it on. You got back to us saying that it's 'working now'. Fantastic news! Your trip could go peacefully now :-) After your trip begun you contacted us, but this time ABUSIVE, giving your opinion on the tires and our management. Under the circumstances we offered for you to terminate your trip, so we could take responsibility for your concerns. We employ CND to assist in these circumstances and they would be more than happy to adjudicate and assist you with a replacement vehicle to your satisfaction - and even an inconvenience fee, panelized against us, if they decide so. Keep in mind you were abusive and offered us no opportunity to resolve. Under such circumstances our operator is under instructions to refer you to Car Next Door. We were not rude nor unprofessional. On the contrary we were horrified that your trip was interrupted. The vehicle has now had mechanical attention and all four tires were replaced today (Dec. 6). That said: we have unfortunatly blocked you from our cars to prevent further abuse. I'm very sorry your trip was inconvenienced and it is my preference that your trip would have gone smoothly.
