Car was perfect mechanically and very clean Only issue was that once I turned on the aircon the car reeked of cigarettes.

Upon picking up the car, it had significant damage to the front bumper and a very strong, body odour, fish smell inside. The car was filthy outside and not at all cleaned inside. I've hired this car a few times before and it has never been clean when I've picked it up, which has lead me to wash it before use as I needed it to pick people up.
