Worst experience with Uber CarShare. The car was extremely dirty, old, crashed. The keys lock wasn’t in the windows. The car had a box of booze (cans) inside. The owner never answered my phone calls or Messages. Didn’t even take the car. I expect a refund!!
Hey Greta, thanks for borrowing and so sorry for your experience. I am away so I am unable to access calls, but the lockbox had been stolen before your trip, which is why it was missing. I think they also got inside the car, which is why there were items left in there. Obviously you shouldn't have to pay for this trip, so please contact Uber to make sure it's cancelled and you are refunded. I hope you book again and sorry once again.
