Trip was good car was fine just lock box issues we were unable to open and leave key wich wasn't a huge issue it was just an hr on the side of rd at 11pm trying to get sorted wich I believe wasn't the owners fault
First of all the key was not working, we were standing on the street for a while but the key just didn't work. Then some lady who claimed to be a neighbour (who had an extra key for the car) came and took the key that was not working and got a different key from inside her house and told us to use that key instead as the key in the lockbox was faulty. Once we reached the location to drop back the car the lockbox was not opening with the codes that were provided. We had to call the customer care in order to a open the lockbox through a remote code. Overall, the pickup and the drop off experience was not up to the standard of what you would expect from Uber Carshare.
