Hey, I picked up the van I hired and I'm pretty disappointed if I'm honest. There is no trolley like it was stipulated in the ad - I would have hired a different can if this was the case as I needed the trolley to move a fridge. The van has almost no fuel in it. Whilst driving the passenger sliding door came open on 2 separate occasions (we didn't use this door) which is very dangerous. The windscreen was very dirty and hard to see our with the sun, there was no windscreen fluid to clean the windscreen. The switches to control the windows were broken and made it difficult to use. When you accelerated at times the car made an awful squeaking noise. We were late back as we had to try and source a trolley and get fuel due to the initial fuel level I would reconsider using car next door in the future if there is such a disparity between the description and the quality of the car provided.
