Car was damaged in previousvyrop but it was not updated online so I booked it abs the car was not there available wheh I arrived and I lost hours looking if fir the car abs lock box abd trybgvti get in touch with driver then. Had to find a suitable car last minute but ran out of time to go to my appointment so it litterally screwed my while day
