Michelle's car was in fantastic condition, it was clean, key were easy to find/access and I would recommend hiring this ute if you need to move anything or just want a car with a cool red colour. Pick up and drop off of the ute was easy due to lots of spots being available near them.
Having the the ute was pretty helpful. Lots of ways to tie down your load. I had trouble getting a lock box code to get the keys out. Was one the phone to uber for a while which meant a lot of waiting around. I tried to contact the owner and they were not very helpful either. Owner needs to get in contact with uber to resolve issues.
