Really good experience Except floor was dirty, sandy But that s ok
The car and its owner were good. However, I had the worst experience ever in picking up the car. The car was parked roughly 1 Km away from the designated spot. It was raining cats and dogs that day, and I had to run in that awful weather up and down to find the car. Eventually, after more than 1 hour, thanks to Peter and a Carnextdoor support guy, I could find the car. The car was really untidy and a bit smelly. There was no fuel card payment in the car, and I had to pay myself, considering renting the car for several days and during Christams and boxing day holiday, this disorganization was frustrating. The tank was less than 1/4. The last guy who rented the car MUST be asked to lay a huge fine by Carnextdoor, so that he would learn how to respect people’s time and effort.
