Good sized van & easy to drive. Hydraulic lift had issues & wouldn’t lower completely & prevented back doors being opened. Apart from high roof, lift was one of the main reasons I chose this van. As a result all loading was through side door which which was awkward at times. Owner did try to assist & offered refund if I returned the van. Unfortunately I had commitments & couldn’t find alternative at such short notice. So they offered a ‘small’ discount instead. I would happily use again assuming lift is working ok.
Yes, the hydraulic lifter was moody and sometimes has been working perfectly and another day would completely stop then to work again perfectly later. It was an electronic problem that was difficult to identify and fix. But THANKFULLY, we were able to identify the faulty electronic component and repair it; meaning the hydraulic lifter is functioning perfectly again.
Thank you
Thank you
Good van, drives very well and the trolley was quite handy. The lift didn't really work as expected, it wouldn't tilt all the way down and as a result I wasn't able to open the back doors. The owner was very responsive though and tried to help but I ended up just using the side door which was fine to me.
