I had the exact same issue with Yee Tak. 34 Dorking road is just a made believe address that the car is park. There is no property that anchor the key box. The location is a 2 hr off street parking . The key lock is hanging at the side of the front passenger seat that made extremely inconvenient during collection and return. The car key drop off as I try to enter the code as soon as I removed the cloth cover. when returning. The lockbox didn't close.The technician from the other end of the phone couldn't help it, after 40 mins of troubleshooting asked me to call the owner of the car to sort it out. I waster my 1.5hour just to return the car unsuccessful with under very strong sun light . The owner stay 3.5 hours away from the car. I need to spend another 2 hrs to just return the key . I tried to make the arrangement to pass the key and lock box to the next renter however he was late and made me late for my medical appointment . He finally cancelled the booking and I have to drive back to the car to return the lock box . Actually the car has no problem and I m satisfying with the car . Just the service from car next door and their lockbox issues which waste lots of my time . They are lack of support . Very bad experience .
