The info Provided doesn't give correct instructions about where the location of the lockbox is. The advert says driver window, but it's attached to parking sign outside. Also the important car Location info doesn't show first when you book, it comes only after you find the lockbox. I asked them to update this.
Hi Ashleigh, thanks for your review and feedback. Apologies you had issues finding the lockbox. I’m not sure why you didn’t receive the parking instructions 15m before the start as usual, I will contact CND about this. Also it’s the previous renters responsibility to return with over 1/4 tank of fuel, if you email CND, I’m sure you get a XL resit for the inconvenience. Will make sure it’s fixed for next time!
