Van runs well, getting the keys was easy and was moderately clean (though we booked on short notice). only complaint is the box behind the seats along with dolley, racks and other tools takes up space in the van so it is difficult to fit in larger items like a mattress. Those things may be useful to some but is an inconvenience for those wanting to use the van for moving and transporting as much as possible in one trip.
