the car was out of battery and not able to unlock with the app. And the key was inside the car because the previous user didn't turn off the headlights and the car was not used for 3 nights. I contacted Uber for urgent matters, and they told me I need to wait 1.5 hours for someone to come to have a look. the owner of the car is amazing, he came and brought the first jet start battery, it didnot work because the battery was gone so flat, then he left came back with a bigger one. then took further time to re-set the alarm. I set up the time to use hr car from 8am-8pm. But due to above issues, I only drove the car away at 9:30am. I also returned earlier at 7:30pm. I request for 2 hours refund.
