Hi Michael, apologies the car did not have a clean interior when you picked up. Unfortunately given the quick turn around between bookings, we did not have time to get to the car after the guest before you. In regard to the lockbox, it is supposed to be in the outside of the car. Thanks for your feedback on the key. We will look into that. Many thanks and all the best. Hope to see you again soon.
