It broke down during a trip and could not be repaired so we had to wait for it to be towed. We nor uber could contact the owner. Do not recommend
The location given beforehand wasn’t anywhere near the location the car was parked. When I eventually found the car it wouldn’t unlock through the app and I spent over an hour trying to contact the owner before customer service for carshare eventually opened it up for me!

car was not located where Uber map was indicating leaving us to be late to start our trip. the more detailed instructions helped but it was frustrating as the car was a distance to where we thought it was when we booked it.
