I couldn't rent the car at the last minute. I booked the car but there was NO car and also the owner gave me the address to pick up the key 40 km away from the car. Even if there was a car, how can I get a key so far? I called the owner a few times but she did not answer. Therefore I had to call the support centre to get further support. The owner is NOT reliable at all
