The car definitely requires a service. Even though it's automatic, but internally when changes gear from 1 to 2, it gives big jerk to the vehicle while kn the road. This could be dangerous.
*DON NOT RENT THIS VAN. I rented a van yesterday under the impression that it was automatic, as stated on the website. However, upon arrival, I discovered that it was actually a manual transmission. Despite attempting to contact the owner for clarification, my messages and calls were ignored. This lack of communication and misrepresentation of the vehicle's specifications were highly disappointing and inconvenient.
