windscreen whippers broken! lock on the car wouldnt work to get the keys. car was smelling. no fuel in the tank at all
We're sorry to hear that your experience with our Hyundai didn't meet expectations. The windscreen wipers will be replaced promptly. The car was professionally detailed, including shampooing of the seats, before your booking, so there shouldn't be any smell. Regarding the fuel tank, borrowers are only required to drop off the car with 25% tank full. We can see from the photos that the previous borrower dropped it off with 33% tank full.

It was our first Carshare hire so we weren’t exactly sure how it all worked but it was a smooth process, the car was perfect for us, Jared was really responsive and helpful. We were charged a cleaning fee afterwards which was fair enough, we weren’t sure how clean it needed to be there are no specific instructions and the car wasn’t perfectly clean when we got it (hair everywhere, stained seats, scuffs around the doors and foot areas) but that’s ok live and learn. We just wiped it all down ourselves and got on with it. We got what we needed and all went well. Thanks Jared!
