Car was very clean, easy to pick up and return- aircon was amazing in the heat. No issues and would happily use again.

Our experience with the Uber car share lockbox was frustrating and time-consuming. Despite attempting multiple times and contacting customer service, the lockbox remained unresponsive, causing a delay of nearly 2 hours. This inconvenience, especially when you had a morning flight, reflects poor service quality and an inefficient resolution process by Uber's customer care team. Such issues can significantly disrupt plans and should be addressed promptly for a smoother user experience and improved service reliability.
