Vehicle aesthetics are not what’s advertised. It has a lot of scratches and the gear stick is heavily worn away and comes off on your hand. It came with a quarter of a tank of fuel and so that’s what I left in it. Gears were not smooth.
Hello Adam, I am sorry to hear that your experience with this vehicle was less than satisfactory. I agree there are plenty of scratches and sun damage but the car is 14 years old. The gear stick coming off must have only just happened as this has never come off when both my husband and I drove it. Similarly, we've never had a problem with the gears. Regardless, we thank you for letting us know, we shall look into getting this fixed and book the car in for a service. The car is only required to have a 1/4 of a tank, this is stated on Uber Car Share as part of their terms.
