Easy to drive and very nice with leather seats and reverse camera, sat nav etc this is the top of that range itech model. It’s a hybrid, if you’ve never driven a hybrid before it’s just like a “normal car” only quieter and zippier and uses less fuel and better for the environment

Absolute worst car rental experience I've ever had. The pick-up and drop-off process was terrible. We didn't get the pick-up instructions until 15 mins before the trip and it took us 30 mins to actually get to the car and get started. Then, when returning it, there was someone parked in our spot and the support was terrible. We were told we have to call the counsil ourselves to inform them of this parking violation, and Carshare wouldn't do it for us. Otherwise we would be liable. Terrible, will never go with these guys again.
