The car itself was sparkling clean and brand new; everything was perfect. Initially, the video link for the pickup instructions was unavailable, but the owner promptly answered the call and provided a new link. It’s worth noting that the plug for Android Auto/Apple CarPlay is USB-C, not USB-A, so it would be great if the owner could provide these USB-C charging cables in the car.
Nice car EXCEPT IT WAS STORED IN THE BASEMENT OF AN APPARTMENT BUILDING without internet access. It was very difficult to only get instructions 15 mins before and the you tube videos did not work in the Uber car share app. I suggest written instructions and photos in case there is no internet connection in the basement. Walking up and down 4 levels of car parks to get internet access was a pain.
