car was not parked on street. was in driveway. lockbox was not on the car, instead was inside the property on a handrail, which was hidden. however there was another lockbox on the same property so it was very confusing and misleading. 15 minutes was wasted trying to open the first lockbox and contacting Uber for support before finding the second one.
