Edwina and Stefan share their Green Tarago, and both work in the arts so don’t earn heaps of money. Now instead of costing them money, their car actually earns them money, which makes a big difference to their lives.

Carl was waiting for the bus to get to work one day when he saw someone driving off in his car. Whilst initially shocked that someone had stolen his car, his trepidation turned to jubilation when he realised as an owner he had rented it out and he was actually making money at that moment.

Erik lives in Bondi with his wife and son and shares his Toyota Echo. He rarely uses the Echo but enjoys knowing that his neighbours can get some use out of it. He gets a real kick out of seeing people (he doesn’t know) driving off in his car.

James loves being a part of the Car Next Door community as well as earning bit of extra cash each month. As first he was worried that people wouldn’t look after his Subaru Impreza, but since joining he hasn’t had any problems.
