As part of our investment in our core products, new exciting features, and an amazing customer experience to support our double and triple digit growth rates we need Senior Ruby on Rails engineer with a combination of technical and man-management leadership.
You will be joining an experienced and committed development team who are spread throughout Australia and South East Asia, we have engineering talent in Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Vietnam and India. Our Remote first approach presents challenges but also fantastic opportunities for committed and skilled engineers. We have well-established processes and tools to ensure effective collaboration.
As a Lead you will help drive the future technical direction of the business as we expand throughout Australia and Overseas. You will mentor/support our Mid-level developers and other Seniors, perform code-review, perform 1:1’s and performance reviews with members of your team and report directly to the CTO and work closely with the broader Product Team.
Our offshore remote working policy is we expect a minimum of 4 hours cross over during 8 am - 6 pm AEST. We offer a highly flexible work environment with a large team of remote engineers. Familiarity managing disparate teams using collaboration tools hugely advantageous.
