What we do

We make sharing cars safe, easy and enjoyable for everyone.

Our Philippines and Australia-based Member Experience teams work together to provide 24/7 support for our members.

From answering simple enquiries to providing assistance when things don’t go to plan, we’re passionate about helping people have fun and safe car-sharing experiences.

We offer member support on multiple channels - phone, email and chat
