Never even got to drive the car. I booked the car and the app said that the car was not in the home zone and that I should call the assistance helpline number. I called them and waited for a team member to assist me however, no one picked up my call after nearly 10 minutes of wait by which time the trip had already started. I am very disappointed with this as I had to cancel the trip and a cancellation fee was charged for no fault of mine. Please look into this Car Next Door.
