I am extremely upset with my experience with this car. The vehicle engine management light came on as we were travelling down the motorway and came to a complete stop and wouldn’t start again for 20 minutes. When the vehicle eventually started again and run the light temporarily came on and off throughout our journey with very little power. The key was very difficult to use and always got stuck in the case. The drivers windows wouldn’t close again delaying us and overall the car was extremely dirty. The air con only works on full power. There was no petrol refuel card in the vehicle therefore returned with 1/4 of a tank. When collecting the car it’s had two parking tickets on which shows this car was not inspected before renting out again. I’m very upset with this experience I had family visiting from England and this delayed and ruined some of our trip. I am not happy with the cost paid for the experience and would like this to be escalated with some compensation. Due to all of these problems we returned the car early and decided to use other ways of transportation.
