Overall I am satisfied with this trip, parking location was convenient and near to the train station, the vehicle was hygienic, spacious but the engine shuddered quite alot when starting up and idling, on the road it ran smoothly. CND support communicated well and were very helpful on the phone when I had difficulty extending my trip as well as accessing the lockbox.

Car very old. Makes a lot of noise especially while turning whilst driving. Lots of noise ! Battery Light and car turned off a few times while driving . No back windscreen wiper and demister took about 30 minutes. Had to use bottle of water and do back window in the morning. Was not great on big roads doing 100km car shook so much. Back left window not working . Car wasn't clean. I was going to cancel booking after viewing the car seeing original car I booked was not available. I took most of the week off work . Thank you for your assistance when I picked up the vehicle. Unsure why the ap didn't give me a code. Maybe cause of the cancellation of my original booking.
