It’s Automatic, Air conditioned and has a Bluetooth USB stereo and keyless entry. As a courtesy, ropes, straps and tarp are provided and behind the seat. Return them neatly. This vehicle felt unsafe to drive, the steering wheel shock badly at speeds above 50km and pulled hard to the right when breaking.
Hi Graham, I tried to contact you to get some more detail on your feedback and you did not reply. I road tested the ute and detected a mild shake at 70kph but nothing like what you described at the 50kph you noted. The brakes were checked by a mechanic about a month before your trip. I checked them on my road test and couldn't replicate your experience of the car pulling to the right when braking. I tried soft and hard braking from different speeds and car stayed on track without any noticeable pull left or right. Back to the steering shake, an alignment and balance have been done as I do regularly because of the amount of times hirer's run the ute into gutters etc. (Know what I mean Graham?) The issue I was able to detect at 70kph is resolved. You also noted the car as dirty but without any description of what you thought was dirty. It was washed 2 days before your hire. The interior is wiped down with antibacterial wipes between each trip so in my view and from the available images, the car was not dirty. It is not a brand new ute, but it is clean. If you're expecting a brand new ute with new car smell and sparkling paint, perhaps try one from Thrifty or Budget.
