Hi there Martin! Thank you so much for borrowing my car, it is frustrating for both a borrower and me as the owner when people get to my car and the previous borrower has not left it clean or with at least 1/4 of a tank of fuel as this is the rules of borrowing the cars. I am disappointed I received a thumbs down for my car when the issues you had with the car are due to the previous borrower not being respectful of my car or the next borrower. In future do you know if you get to a car with less than 1/4 tank of fuel you can take a photo of the fuel on the dashboard upload it to your trip before you go anywhere and you will receive a $15 credit to your account for the inconvenience. I have contacted Uber to let them know the technology has failed to give an accurate live location, and the inconvenience that has caused, that would have been frustrating. I hope this helps, and I hope I would be able to receive a thumbs up from you in the future as I pride myself on a great experience, so again I apologise. Also, I get my car detailed once a month inside and out, so I rely on borrowers to respectfully leave my car in a clean condition on the inside, it's frustrating for me to receive a thumbs down review when someone has not been respectful of my car and left it dirty and with no fuel for the next person.
