Imagine booking a car on this app to run a quick errand only to find yourself stuck on the road 3 hours later, with a car that won't start due to a dead battery. Then having the Helpdesk operator give you 2 wrong numbers for Roadside assistance where Car Next Door don't have membership. Calling the operator back and finally getting the right Roadside Assistance number and then having to wait 90 mins for them to arrive to jumpstart the car. I've had many issues with this app but in this case, the wasted time, the incompetence, the frustration was all too much for me. I'm cancelling my membership. And do not borrow this car!

So sorry Shirley that’s terrible!! Will get the battery looked at and see if needs replacing. I’m sure Car next door will refund the trip cost for you.
