Had slight issues with drop off times due to a fault on the app when extending the trip. Unfortunately the owner would not answer calls or email from the Car Next Door team .. which resulted with me having to rush back and making my entire trip pointless. I am disappointed with the Car Next Door team (my complaint still hasn’t been sorted) but also the owner of the car should be contactable AT ALL TIMES. However - other than that the car was fine to drive and was clean.
