The car was very dirty when we found it. Had to spend half hour cleaning it. It smelled really bad and we had buy an extra perfume to survive the trip. Worse case, the owner of the car is a lier and an extremely rude fellow. After the trip was over, he went and falsely reported to carnextdoor that his car needed professional cleaning because of my trip and the company deducted extra money for that. No one needs such an experience when you plan a trip. Please avoid this car if you like a stressfree time.

I have requested Carnextdoor to take legal action for making false claims without evidence. I will also follow-up with potential damages claims & legal action in the court if the customer does not apologize and come clean with the truth ASAP.

The customer parked the car in front of another house and then called the owner if he can move the car to the correct house/address.If the customer does not come clean then will have to initiate legal action for making false statements without evidence.
