There is list of things that I can mention: 1. The 1st bad experience is Owner lied that the car has baby seat. After I booked it, there was no bay seat in the car at all, not even in the boot. 2. The App would not cancel the trip and did not let me book another car. so i was forced to use my own car's baby seat and use it. very inconvenience. 3. I parked within 300 meters away from the pickup location. The owner called me and said I did not park within 500 meters of his registered location. and i would have to pay fine. 4. The car was dirty 3. S

I got this Car and then when I took home opened the rear door it did not close and I had to get off my family and cancel the booked plan as it was already late. NRMA came after 2.5 hours and closed the door and advised not to open it as the entire mechanical system is off.

There were no mechanical issue, so not sure what are you talking about. Related to the door, its something I had already informed CND about and is not a mechanical issue as the car drives well without any issues.
