Its stratchy, accidented, not very clean and weak engine BUT, its a street away from me so I would be booking it again as it does the job done and is always available on short notice

The car is too dirty and too old
apologies, the car is indeed not a new car so there is inevitable wear and tear however mechanically it is quite sound and exceptionally cheap. In this instance the car had been used recently and we did not receive notification of hire until after the car had been picked up so did not have the opportunity to clean immediately prior to pickup. The car is cleaned on a regular basis.
