The car was old, dirty smelling bad and rusty. We rented the car for almos 10 days and delivered after 1 hour.

I appreciate your review. However, visiting the country on holiday and using Car Next Door for the first time might have led you to the wrong expectation when hiring a 2008 private owned car. I do agree the car was dirty outside due to the out of control NSW bushfires and smoke haze that were dirtying everything on the period of the rental. To conclude, the car has always had good reviews and is not rusty. I hope you have had a better experience with a newer and more expensive car.
