Always a pleasure to hire Shane's van. Top vehicle! Can't say the same about Uber's charges - the app failed to open, kept timing out over and over making what should have been a cruisey end to my hire impossible. For over 15 mins I tried to end the trip, well within my 2hr hire timeslot, but the app would not open to give me the lock box end code! Have used CND loads in the 2 years before UBER bought it, but never had this much trouble. What should have cost me at most $50 ended up being over $70. Disappointing end to what was and has always been a good vehicle hire and no fault on the owner's part. Dig around on the internet and you will see many unhappy customers also calling UBER out for misleading charges and multiple issues with their app.
