Car did not start, caused major inconvenience for me on the day. Owner was not helpful, and pretty rude about it.

As per the guidelines with Car Next Door, which I politely communicated to you, should a mechanical issue be presented then Roadside Assistance is available and they could have quickly rectified this issue. On the subject of the refund, owners have no control over this and again I directed you to speak to Car Next Door regarding this. Finally, I am sorry you found my tone rude.
