The whole process of doing the necessary steps pre & post pick up, accessing and securing the car, writing review etc has taken 1.5 hours and a waste of my time which I hadn’t expected or allocated for on the day. Very frustrating. Still haven’t been able to upload photos after 3/4 hour trying. App keeps crashing. This alone has put me off using this service again. As far the accessing the vehicle, not too difficult to find a park at 7am pick up time but on return at 11am no parking & ended up double parking and doing car shuffles. Looked like hadn’t been use as lots spider webs between tyres and body. Lockbox was twisted & bent, perished rubber on trim of lockbox sticky and stained my fingers & couldn’t get it off which was very annoying. Lockbox difficult to operate, took me 10 mins to get it to open. Car was dirty inside and out. All tyres were almost bald. Tie down bar on left front side was non existent as has rusted out making it extremely hard to secure my load. Left front bolt on side tray extremely difficult to operate. Took 3 strong adults 5 minutes of trying to get it to close securely. Syringe wrapper found in tray. Damage to body panels with several dings on drivers door, right front park light smashed, several areas of paint defects & peeling, general rust on body & trim, interior dirty, seat upholstery torn and stained. Brakes good though.

Great. I’ve sent Julian a separate email regarding damage to the lock box. It was damaged when I picked the car up. Looks like it was vandalised, but it still works ok.
