Car was appallingly filthy both inside and out. Cobwebs, grass mould on the windows and spiders. Torn seat. Zero COVID care. Disgusting and embarrassing to have to have driven Such a filthy car. This was my first time using car next door and I hope this is far from the normal standard. I want a refund. What a joke

Our deepest apologies. The car was supposed to be blocked out but we forgot and didn't want to cancel last minute but we're both working so couldn't clean it. Our sincere apologies.
