Car stopped a few times, screeching mechanical noise, very dirty inside , definitively not safe too drive
Hello Dzenena, I am sorry you had this experience. I tried to call multiple times and you're number went straight to voice call. Have you changed number? As this is a hire car a little grass being left in the car is expected, hence why I left a portable vacuum and wipes in the car. As for the smell, I cannot smell anything. The previous borrower left it in great condition and I now get it clean professionally once a month, plus have two different car refresheners in the car. As for stopping, this is a feature in newer cars that allows for fuel-saving methods. This feature can be turned off at your discretion. In regards to the screeching mechanical noise, the tyres have just been changed and I have test-driven it after reading this review and I can't seem to hear anything. Car was left dirty when I picked up and had a couple of issues but Kelly was awesome with the getting the issues sorted. Apart to from that the ride was awesome. I booked it for 8 days and didn’t miss a beat.
