Great car, but everything else was beyond bad. Where to start... no instructions for pickup were given when collecting the car. I had to call car next door and get them to give me the instructions over the phone because the profile wasn’t set up correctly. The whole process of finding the car, to getting the car keys took over an hour! It turns out the car wasn’t on the street at all, but was in fact in a secure car park, and the lock box was under a cafe bench next door. There was no hope of figuring that out without instructions and then of course there was no code for the lockbox. The car was parked in hotel parking with a note saying ‘don’t park here, you have been doing this illegally, you car has been photographed’ etc. I didn’t particularly care about this, but It does present a bit of a problem when returning a car to place you know it doesn’t belong. Also returning the car was a huge pain because the profile had not been fixed so no code for the lock box (again) and on hold with Car Next Door for 30min to get a code. Also who puts a 10 digit code on a lockbox! A ridiculous experience and I don’t recommend anyone bother, especially if you need to be on time for something.
