The car was hard to find and manoeuvre out of the parking spot and I didn’t feel safe in the parking lot upon pickup and return. Though the car had many dents and external issues (petrol cap hard to open, chip in windscreen) it was a reliable car that drove well and I enjoyed using it for my stay. James was very responsive and helped me out with any enquiries I had.
